About the role
The Loss Draft Representative assists with handling loss draft claims to ensure that contractual obligations, investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, and general servicing practices are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and oversight to loss draft vendors
- Research & respond to internal and external loss draft claim inquiries
- Oversee loss draft disbursements and deposits
- Oversee FEMA process to ensure loans impacted by a disaster are handled according to client standards
- Compile and deliver monthly claim reporting to all Celink clients
- Research and respond to client inquiries and requests
- Oversee disaster and loss draft inspection billing
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting as assigned by management team as it relates to loss draft processes
- Adhere to a set schedule
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Able to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness
