Loss Control Residential Underwriting Inspector

About the role

Inspection Depot is seeking field inspectors to complete inspections in multiple counties, including underwriting and insurance inspection services such as conditions, high-value, and replacement cost assessments.

Responsibilities

• Taking photographs of properties
• Writing detailed inspection reports
• Scheduling inspections

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer and IT abilities
• Prior construction experience
• Access to required equipment:
  • Ladder or extension pole for roof photos
  • Stable transportation
