Loss Control Residential Underwriting Inspector

About the role

Inspection Depot is seeking field inspectors to complete inspections across multiple counties, supporting various inspection programs as well as underwriting and insurance inspection services, including conditions, high-value, and replacement cost assessments.

Responsibilities

• Taking photographs of properties and structures
• Writing detailed inspection reports
• Scheduling inspections with clients

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer and IT abilities
• Prior construction experience
• Stable transportation
• Ladder or extension pole for taking roof photos
