Loss Control Analyst/Card Investigation Division

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid banks in resolving disputes related to card investigations.
• Manage disputes from initiation to closure, including chargebacks and representments.
• Monitor and track cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines and loss reporting.
• Identify and analyze fraud trends within the investigation process.

Requirements

• Comprehend regulations governing electronic transactions.
• Quickly gather and assess information to make informed decisions.
• Show dependability, self-motivation, and strong analytical skills.
• Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Be familiar with bank policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Operate in a sensitive and confidential environment.
