Los Angeles - Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)

The ideal candidate will work alongside a highly collaborative team on sophisticated, high-profile matters for a diverse and dynamic client base and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of our California Labor & Employment practice.

About the role

The successful candidate will have at least four years of employment litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour class and representative action litigation.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle cases through all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution
• Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously
• Demonstrate strong project management skills

Requirements

• At least four years of employment litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour class and representative action litigation
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• Outstanding academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
• Admitted to practice in California

Pay

$265,000 - $435,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
