Looking to add several caregivers (for elderly typically) to our team

Job Summary

The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Essential Functions

• Provide assistance with bed bathing, changing, personal care.
• Provide transfer from bed to chair.
• (must be experience in transfers)
• Provide assistance with basic activities of daily living, provide companionship.
• Companion/Sitter/Household Management:
• Provide companionship and respite services for family.
• Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
• Meditation Assistance Services (with RN supervision and delegation).

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

• 1 yr+ caregiving experience for caregivers.
• Passion to help others, willing to learn for companions.
• We train!
• Must be able to pass drug screen, background test, must have reliable transportation.

Compensation

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part time, flexible hours (typically 4 hours at a time).

Johns Island, Wadmalaw, etc...

Pay

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
