Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up)
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret labs and imaging
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams in a team-based model
• Support preventive care (screenings, immunizations, patient education)
• Refer patients to specialty care when needed

What Your Day Looks Like

• Work alongside a supportive clinical team
• Focus on patient care—not just volume
• Use an EHR for documentation and care coordination
• Participate in shared after-hours or call coverage (rotated)

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
• Experience in primary care, community health, or similar setting preferred
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
