Responsible for maintaining and restoring properties to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties to comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Inspect properties for damage and document findings.
• Coordinate with contractors to implement repair and restoration plans.
• Document all work performed and maintain records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property preservation or similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
