We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. Job title: Certified Caregiver Full-time 2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm Birchrock Castle | Mukwonago, WI (not used as heading). We need to include meta maybe in a short

. Content: - Intro paragraph: "Are you looking for more than just a job? Do you want a career where you can make a real difference every day? Castle Senior Living is seeking caring, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to join our team at Birchrock Castle in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. If you're looking for a workplace where teamwork, resident relationships, and employee appreciation are truly valued, Birchrock Castle may be your forever home." - Description: "Birchrock Castle is a welcoming 40-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located in the heart of Mukwonago. Our smaller, home-like environment allows caregivers to build meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers while providing exceptional care and support. For more than 25 years, Castle Senior Living has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through quality care, compassion, dignity, and respect. We are equally committed to creating a workplace where employees feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to succeed." - Why Join Castle Senior Living? Section: "We believe our employees are the heart of everything we do. That's why we offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a positive team environment." Then list benefits: Competitive wages, Paid holidays, Paid time off (PTO), Flexible scheduling options, ICHRA insurance options, Employee recognition programs, Opportunities for growth and advancement, And more! Benefits may vary based on position and employment status. - Position Summary: "As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment." - Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Qualifications: list bullet points. - Additional note: "This position includes evening shifts, every other weekend rotation, and occasional holidays." That's schedule info. - Pay: Not explicitly given; only "competitive pay". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay" but not a number. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "competitive pay" but that's still a statement about pay. However the rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive pay, but it's not a specific number. Is that considered stating them? Probably yes, they mention pay. But they also say "competitive wages" in benefits. Might be okay to include Pay section with that statement. However they also say "Benefits Include Competitive wages". So pay is mentioned as part of benefits. Might be better to include Benefits section only, and not separate Pay. Since they didn't give a specific number or range, maybe we avoid Pay section. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive pay/wages, but it's vague. I'd interpret that as stating them, but we could still include Benefits section that includes competitive wages. The Pay section would be redundant. Safer to omit Pay section. Schedule: They mention "evening shifts, every other weekend rotation, and occasional holidays." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: They list benefits. So include Benefits section. Now we need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (intro + description + why join). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Skills? Not explicitly listed separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine qualifications and skills? But we need to follow rule: only include sections when posting has real, specific content for it. There's no separate "Skills" heading content; we could omit Skills. Requirements: Might be similar to Qualifications. The posting has "Qualifications" section. Could treat that as Requirements. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. The posting has "Qualifications". So we can use Qualifications heading. Requirements could be omitted unless we find explicit requirements separate. There's "Must be at least 18 years of age or High School students with CNA license" etc. That's qualifications. So we can put that under Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, diversity statement, etc. Also remove "Start a rewarding and meaningful career with Castle Senior Living today!" maybe that's promotional but not boilerplate? It's part of the posting; we should keep? It's not a list; it's a sentence encouraging to apply. Might be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply, but it's promotional. The instruction says remove application instructions. That sentence is not an instruction to apply; it's a call to action but not explicit "apply now". Might keep? Safer to keep as part of About the role? It's after Qualifications. Could be considered a closing statement. I'd keep it as a paragraph under About the role maybe. Also remove "At Castle Senior Living, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Come experience the Castle difference. Your next great opportunity starts here." That's also promotional; maybe keep? It's similar to start a rewarding career. Might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly legal. I'd keep it as part of About the role. But we need to be careful not to include navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The diversity statement is EEO; remove. The "Come experience..." is not EEO; it's marketing; keep. Now structure:

But we need separate sections for Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. The above mixed benefits and about role. Let's restructure. Better: About the role includes intro + description + why join + position summary + closing motivational sentences. Benefits separate. Let's extract: Intro paragraphs (two) as About the role. Why Join Castle Senior Living? (competitive pay, excellent benefits, positive team environment) could be part of About the role or Benefits. Since Benefits section will list specifics, we can keep the "Why Join" as part of About the role. Position Summary also part of About the role. Closing motivational sentences also part of About the role. Now Benefits section: list benefits. Responsibilities section: list. Qualifications section: list. Schedule section: note about evening shifts, every other weekend rotation, occasional holidays. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's craft:
