About the role

Longview and Kelso offer flexible part-time and full-time Caregiver opportunities. The position pays $23.54-$28.53 per hour and comes with paid caregiver training and paid healthcare insurance benefits.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily activities - Offer heartfelt companionship - Engage in stimulating conversation - Help with personal hygiene

Requirements

- Must be 18+ - Reliable personal transportation - Valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance - Willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time - Able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role - High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent - Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
