Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and medication administration.
- Engage in social activities and organize community events.
- Document all interactions and observations in resident files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Passing background check and criminal history review.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using technology for documentation and scheduling.
Skills
- Caregiving experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- First aid and CPR certification.
