Job Title: Long Term Substitute
About the role
Holy Cross Regional School is seeking a qualified 4th grade teacher for a 4-week position starting August 28th to September 28th.
Responsibilities
- Teach 4th grade curriculum
- Instruct students in reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, and other subjects as needed
- Maintain classroom order and discipline
- Adhere to school policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- PA Teaching Certificate or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience teaching 4th grade preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Completion of the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
