Long Term Substitute Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a long-term substitute teacher who can begin training in January 2027 and can fill in for a teacher who is going on leave in February. This position is full-time and there would be a possibility of employment for the following academic year. Founded in 2005, Providence Academy is an independent pre‑kindergarten through 12th grade, private, classical academy in the Catholic tradition located in La Crosse, WI, serving the Coulee Region of Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Must be a practicing Roman Catholic
• Passion for teaching children
• Bachelor's degree in any subject or teacher‑related field
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
