Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching certificate with endorsement in Elementary Education.
- Innovative, self‑reflective, collaborative, knowledgeable in content area and instructional practices, and continually growing and improving.
- Passionate about closing equity and achievement gaps.
- Prepared to engage with the Culturally Responsive Teaching model in support of the ACPS Equity Mission Statement.
