Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers and administrators with instructional strategies and resources
- Developing and delivering professional development workshops
- Assisting schools in implementing new educational initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 3 years of teaching experience or equivalent experience in educational administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal education standards
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
