Member of Kirtland Local School District's Long Term Substitute Custodial Qualifications For Position

Qualifications For Position

• Prior custodial experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of floor care
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Required to use hand power tools and equipment in completion of duties
• Sufficient physical ability to perform necessary lifting, lift and carry 50 lbs, standing, climbing, walking, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, staff, administrators, and parents
• Satisfy all statutory provisions governing a criminal record background check including submission of all pre-employment requirements
• Recommendation of prior employer(s)

Salary, fringe benefits, and other working conditions

May be subject, in part, to negotiated agreements between The Kirtland Board of Education and the Kirtland Education Association or Kirtland OAPSE Local 366.
