Long-Term Substitute

About the role

The Long-Term Substitute provides instructional continuity during an extended teacher absence or when a classroom position cannot be filled by a licensed teacher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
• Implement provided lesson plans or develop instruction as needed
• Monitor student progress and follow district policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support student learning and ensure effective classroom operation throughout the assignment
