We are seeking a Long-Term Substitute to teach 5th Grade at Shaull Elementary for the entire 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Active Elementary K-6 or Elementary All Subjects 4-6 Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
- Criminal Record Check (less than one year old)
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (less than one year old)
- FBI Finger Print Clearance (less than one year old)
- TB Test/Mantoux (less than 3 months old)
- Physical, if applicable (less than 1 year old)
Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of elementary-aged children
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to teach the approved curriculum
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple certifications
- Prior experience as an elementary school teacher
- Special education certification
