About the role
A substitute School Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains using problem-solving, standardized evaluations, and intervention practices. The role includes creating Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), providing individual and group counseling, and serving on in-school teams focused on behavior and social-emotional development.
Requirements
- State of Connecticut Certification (070)
- Experience working with students with social-emotional and behavioral challenges
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
