We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's parse the posting. Details: - Position Title: Riverside Long Term Sub-Elementary Classroom Teacher (grade 4) - Department: Elementary School Teaching - Reports To: Building Principal - Jill Bjorge - Location: Riverside Elementary School - Assignment: Temporary Full Time 01/25/2027 - 06/04/2027 (85 Duty Days) - Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm - FLSA Status: Exempt - Salary: $257.89 per 8 hour day - Union: Unrepresented - Benefits: Sick/ESST - APPLY ONLINE: www.isd181.org JobID 1478 (Please include copies of your transcripts and teaching license with your application materials) - Brainerd Public Schools, where opportunity meets excellence! ... (mission statement) - Position Summary ... (description) - Essential Functions (list) - Additional Duties - Equipment - Travel Requirements - Knowledge, Skills And Abilities - Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards - Qualifications Profile (Certification/License, Education, Experience) - Additional statements about employees expectations. We need to extract substantive content and format into sections. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could include Position Summary, mission statement, maybe department, reports to, location, assignment dates, hours, FLSA status, union, etc. But we must not repeat job title. We can include a paragraph summarizing role. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list, Additional Duties, Equipment, Travel Requirements maybe. - Requirements: Could include Qualifications Profile (certification, education, experience). Also Knowledge, Skills And Abilities maybe split into Skills and Requirements? But we have separate Skills section. - Qualifications: Certification/License, Education, Experience. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list. - Benefits: Benefits: Sick/ESST. - Pay: Salary: $257.89 per 8 hour day. - Schedule: Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm; Assignment dates maybe also schedule? Could include assignment period. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". All these have content. We must not include boilerplate like APPLY ONLINE, JobID, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, mission statement maybe okay as part of About the role. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like dates, hours, salary, benefits, etc. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must not include / tags, no markdown. Let's craft. First, About the role: Could combine mission statement and position summary. Mission statement: "Brainerd Public Schools, where opportunity meets excellence! We are dedicated to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration. As an integral part of our community, we strive to empower educators, administrators, and staff to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Our team is passionate about shaping the future of education in the Brainerd Lakes Area." Position Summary: "Under the general supervision of the School Principal, to facilitate student success and growth in academic and interpersonal skills through implementing district approved curriculum; documenting teaching and student progress/activities/outcomes; addressing specific educational needs of individual students and by creating a flexible, safe and optimal learning environment; and providing feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations, goals, etc." We can combine into a paragraph or two. We also have department, reports to, location, assignment dates, hours, FLSA status, union. Those could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we only have those headings. Could include them in About the role as a list? But we should not invent headings. Could embed them in prose. Better: About the role paragraph includes mission and summary. Then maybe a

for key details: Department, Reports To, Location, Assignment, Hours, FLSA Status, Union. But that might be considered a list of duties? It's metadata. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include minor metadata in a short

. So we can have a paragraph with those details. Thus About the role: maybe two paragraphs: mission + summary, then a paragraph with metadata. Now Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (multiple bullet points). Also Additional Duties, Equipment, Travel Requirements could be part of responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to list each essential function as

    • . Additional Duties: "Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Principal and other central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent." Equipment: "Uses standard office equipment such as personal computers, printer, copy and fax machines, and telephone." Travel Requirements: "Travels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required." We could combine these into responsibilities list. Now Requirements: Could be Qualifications? But we have separate Qualifications and Skills sections. Requirements could be things like "Certification/License: Elementary Education Preferred; Minnesota State Certification as an Elementary Teacher; Minnesota State Certification in the appropriate grade level preferred." Also Education: "Bachelors from an accredited college or university in Elementary Education or related discipline applicable to teaching assignment. Masters Degree in related area preferred." Experience: "Successful prior teaching experience for the appropriate grade levels a plus." We could put those under Requirements. Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we have both headings; we need to decide what goes where. The instruction says use headings for those categories if there is real specific content. We have both Qualifications and Skills headings available. We could put certification/education/experience under Qualifications, and Knowledge, Skills And Abilities under Skills. Thus: - Qualifications: Certification/License, Education, Experience. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities list. Now Benefits: Benefits: Sick/ESST. Pay: Salary: $257.89 per 8 hour day. Schedule: Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm; Assignment: Temporary Full Time 01/25/2027 - 06/04/2027 (85 Duty Days). Could also include FLSA status? But schedule section is for hours/days. We must not create sections with filler. All have content. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We won't. We must not include Job ID etc. We'll drop those lines. We must remove boilerplate like APPLY ONLINE, etc. We must also remove duplicated lines: there are two APPLY ONLINE lines with different JobIDs; we drop them. We must also remove the statements about employees expectations at the end? That seems like generic boilerplate about employee expectations; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but still maybe generic. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The employee expectations might be considered boilerplate but it's not explicitly listed; however it's somewhat generic. Might be considered part of the posting's culture; but it's not specific to the role. Safer to drop it as it's generic. We'll omit. Now produce HTML. Structure:
