Airbus is, and always has been, committed to equal opportunities for all. As such, we will never ask for any type of monetary exchange in the frame of a recruitment process. Any impersonation of Airbus to do so should be reported to emsom@airbus.com . We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, Know Your Rights, Pay Transparency, etc. Also remove "Take your career to a new level and apply online now!" etc. Also remove "A full job description will be provided..." etc. Also remove compliance risk line? Might be considered boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but maybe keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compliance risk line is not exactly boilerplate but maybe considered generic; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's a statement about compliance risks and integrity; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also remove duplicated lines: "Candidates for this role must be a US Person under ITAR definition..." appears twice; we should keep once. Requirements (Required qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred?). Skills (maybe technical skills). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: only include if present. The posting does not mention Pay or Benefits explicitly. No mention of Pay, Benefits, Schedule (except maybe schedule implied as onsite). So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to avoid placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
