Long-Term Care Nurse or LPN

Role: Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities: Assess residents, develop and implement care plans, deliver nursing interventions, evaluate care outcomes, and collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive resident care. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing license required; strong assessment, planning, and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a healthcare team. Key Duties: Deliver personalized nursing care, monitor resident health status, contribute to care planning, and support residents’ well-being in a compassionate manner. This position is casual and as-needed, with some weekend and holiday work required.
