Long-Form Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit full-length podcast-style episodes with a focus on pacing, comedic timing, and conversational flow
• Shape raw multi-cam footage into polished, cohesive final cuts
• Integrate graphics, on-screen text, references, and light visual enhancements when appropriate
• Balance visual engagement with a clean, consistent show aesthetic
• Export and deliver final cuts aligned with upload deadlines
• Maintain organized project files and timelines within DaVinci Resolve

Qualifications

• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (certification preferred)
• 3+ years of experience editing long-form digital or podcast-style content
• Strong understanding of conversational pacing and audience retention
• Experience working with multi-camera setups
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and deadline-driven
