The Shift Coordinator - LOM

The Shift Coordinator - LOM is responsible for leading all logistics associates, material handlers, and operations during a designated shift.

• Operating under Daily Leadership Routines (dDLR), this role is accountable for:
• Executing safe work practices
• Maintaining BPS standards (Standardized Work, 5S, and Point CIP)
• Managing shift-to-shift handovers
• Resolving operational discrepancies to ensure seamless, on-time material flow
• The validation of goods receipt and shipping accuracy

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Prioritization and accountability of duties for LOM associates during assigned shift.
• Order, Make, Deliver functions required for maintaining warehouse operations.
• Daily Leadership Review and shift hand over responsibility.
• Inbound, Outbound, Pick, Put-Away and Deliver accuracy.
• Supermarket execution.
• Inventory Control.

Training

• New Hire training and onboarding systems.
• Support standardization of work instructions, safety procedures, and training materials through operator adherence.

Qualifications

• SAP experience preferred
• Microsoft experience
• Team leader experience
• Leverage lean logistics experience
• Team leader experience > 3 years
• Problem solving and time management
• Strong written and oral skills
• Self-motivation and ability to motivate others
• High school Diploma or GED from an accredited school
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8hrs
• Ability to lift (up to) 40lbs
