Joining Our Team

As a full-time Assistant Manager at Lolli & Pops, you will be part of a passionate and adaptable team committed to guest satisfaction and community involvement. You will play a crucial role in driving store-level financial and operational results, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and take action to achieve store KPI targets
• Focus the team on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling, and product knowledge sharing
• Coach and educate team members on product knowledge and selling skills
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, including inventory management and team coaching
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
• Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more per shift)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle small objects (e.g., candy, merchandise)
• Visual and auditory ability to operate equipment, manage the store environment, and interact with guests and team members
• Effective communication skills in person, on the phone, and via digital tools

Pay Range

The Pay Range For This Role Is 20 - 20 USD per hour (Roseville Galleria)
