Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics vendors to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
• Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance, and KPI monitoring; introduce corrective measures as needed.
• Work with service providers to ensure timely and complete deliveries, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to manage shelf-life, reduce write-offs, and improve productivity.
• Conduct project-related and ad-hoc tasks, including continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.
• Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), including risks and opportunities.
• Manage inventory (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, and compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management).
• Support tenders, third-party performance management, and pallets management.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain functions (preferred).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3.
• Union environment experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with people management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Travel requirements: less than 5%.

Schedule

12:30 PM to 10:30 PM (until shift end).

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. This role is also eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with overachievement potential based on performance and company results.
