Logistics & Warehouse Associate - Data Center

About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, result oriented, passionate, and hands-on Logistics Associate with a desire to join a growing team. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the company has the proper amount of product required for the completion of respective projects. It is the incumbent’s responsibility to ensure that suppliers meet the company’s targets for quality, delivery, and total cost of acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, and maintaining a clean shipping supply area.
- Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Complete reports by entering required information.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Drive a box truck or company van (valid driver's license required).
- Operate a forklift.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily walking, standing, and bending for extended periods with some sitting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with verbal, written, visual, and listening skills.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required equipment as well as to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds.
