About the role

The Logistics Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping operations, and overall operational accuracy at our Houston, Texas facility. This position is responsible for executing daily warehouse activities with precision, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring timely and compliant shipment of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and operational best practices.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Understand and execute the shelf/bin organization system to accurately store and locate inventory.
  • Perform and accurately record item receipts, transfers, adjustments, and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite.
  • Maintain Item Master Data within NetSuite, including updating quantities, locations, serial numbers, and status changes.
  • Afford assistance with NetSuite administrative tasks including (but not limited to): Processing inventory adjustments, maintaining accurate item records, ensuring accuracy with user transactions, generating inventory and shipping reports, data cleanup and system organization.
  • Pull, pack, and fulfill orders in accordance with approved orders and task requirements.
  • Execute shipping duties, including preparing shipments, printing labels, scheduling carriers, packaging items securely, verifying accurate outbound information, and ensuring on-time dispatch.
  • Support shipping operations using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers as required.
  • Support warehouse, shipping, and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.
  • Conduct physical stock counts and assist with internal accounting and inventory audits.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and performance for the role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 - 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience required.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suites and computer proficiency is required.
  • Experience with inventory management systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic shipping procedures and carrier systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight) is a plus.

Travel

10% of national and international travel may be required for this role.
