Logistics Traffic Coordinator

About the role

Schneider is seeking a Logistics Traffic Coordinator in Winchester, VA to act as a liaison between a customer’s traffic office and Schneider. The Logistics Traffic Coordinator will create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments. This role will be expected to build positive relationships with Schneider’s customers, associates and external vendors. Work model: On‑Site. Location: Winchester, VA, USA. Shift: First shift. Job level: Individual Contributor.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for tracking, tracing and expediting shipments.
• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Starting wages are $17.80 - $22.30 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Full time; Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
