Logistics Team Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Participates in the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.
• Implementation of financial policies and procedures in support of projects;
• Establishment and maintenance of cost/schedule baselines;
• Development of WBS and related dictionaries, schedules and budgets;
• Performs related variance analyses;
• Preparation of written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and six (6) years or more of related experience; associate’s degree with at least 13 years' experience performing logistics for the DoW.
• Additional years of military experience in COMSEC and logistics for the DoW may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience preforming project management.
• Proficient with computers and experienced in Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Outlook.
• Able to work independently and be detail oriented, multi-task supporting multiple customers both internal and external.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Secret clearance is required to start.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
