Logistics Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer to support advanced electronic systems in design, development, and sustainment programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply logistics engineering tools and processes to develop models and documentation aligned with DoD and GEIA standards.
• Perform analyses such as Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Spares Analysis, and Provisioning.
• Support product support activities, system design support, and life cycle support strategies.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure high supportability and system availability.
• Support technical proposals and develop logistics support data.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with logistics tools and processes for product support analyses.
• Knowledge of Reliability, Maintainability, and Product Safety principles.
• Ability to interact across technical disciplines and execute formal tasks independently.
• Familiarity with technical manual development and logistics modeling tools like COMPASS, SESAME, EAGLE, and OPUS.
• Eligible to obtain a US TS clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing ILS deliverables using product support techniques.
• Operational and maintenance sustainment background.
• Understanding of Contractor Logistics Support and Performance Based Logistics.
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in technical proposal activities.
