About the role
As Logistics Support, you are responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and representing the Wyld brand. This front-facing role provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers, ensuring strong ties through timely deliveries, excellent customer service, relationship-building, and clear communication. You will also serve as a subject-matter expert on company background and product knowledge. This role requires a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Comply with traffic legislation, demonstrate safe driving habits, and conduct vehicle inspections before deliveries.
- Deliver orders following detailed route instructions in state territory, ensuring safety and security during loading and unloading.
- Review deliveries with clients to confirm products meet their needs and accurately manage monetary transactions.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by merchandising, building relationships, and representing Wyld at events and promotions.
- Educate customers, consumers, and budtenders about Wyld products, pricing, and nuances, including leading budtender training at dispensaries.
- Execute administrative tasks, including daily CRM reporting, mileage and expense tracking, and internal logs for vehicle and SWAG checkout.
- Assist Sales Account Managers by providing marketplace feedback, assessing industry trends, and communicating client needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Logistics Managers and log all feedback and tasks into the company CRM.
- Understand state-level regulations and internal policies to ensure proper field execution and communication.
- Support fulfillment and inventory activities, such as picking, packing, labeling, and staging outgoing orders.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Active state-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle for marketing events (mileage reimbursed at federal rate).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Must obtain state-required cannabis permits, licenses, and/or certifications.
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
- Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report.
- State regulations require all applicants to be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to drive in state territory using a company or personal vehicle, with occasional overnight stays (lodging and meals covered by the company).
