The Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist role is focused on applying real-world supply chain expertise to the development of advanced AI-driven solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leverage industry expertise to review, validate, and improve logistics-related data and workflows used in AI development projects.
  2. Analyze complex supply chain processes and transform industry expertise into structured insights.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate logistics data, improve workflows, and support innovative technology development.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related fields, with strong knowledge of industry processes and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience working with logistics documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, inventory records, and shipping documents.
  • A strong understanding of global logistics operations, freight movement, inventory management, and supply chain workflows.
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex operational information accurately.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with documentation, training materials, process standardization, or operational improvement initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international shipping standards and supply chain documentation practices is preferred.
  • A degree or advanced qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
