Logistics Specialist (Remote)

Remote contract role supporting a global technology leader in modernizing logistics infrastructure and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
• Leverage data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or related fields.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is preferred.

Pay

$40 – $50/hour
