Logistics Specialist II

About the role

Contributes within a team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocations of API and consumable components. Supports manufacturing in handling and shipping product domestically and internationally. Demonstrates organization and time‑management for primary role requirements in one of the following logistics areas: Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping, or Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP transactions required for the assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put‑away, Order Fulfillment, Transfer Order creation, Material Movement).
• Execute Syncade tasks for the assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
• Demonstrate solid understanding of assigned procedures and obtain required qualifications.
• Apply cGMP requirements in the work environment.
• Carry out Circular Chart tasks for the assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).
• Perform Logbook entries and reviews as required for the assigned area.
• Operate Class 1, 2, 3 & 4 equipment safely and compliantly for the assigned area.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize DMS and TrackWise for the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department.
• PIT equipment usage: pallet jacks, forklifts, ride‑ons, order pickers, etc.; box truck driving; Lukapak receiving & handling; work in a warehouse environment with physical activity required.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in GMP logistics, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing support.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, Syncade, or similar ERP/MES systems.
• Experience operating PIT equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers).
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical device) preferred.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• PIT certification or forklift license is a plus.
