About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistician to join our Logistics and Mission Support Division in Edgewood, MD, supporting the Command and Control CBRN Response Element - Bravo (C2CRE-B) and Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) missions. In this role, you will support warehouse accountability, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and logistics operations, working closely with the Warehouse Manager, technical personnel, purchasing staff, and program management to maintain accurate accountability and support the movement of Government equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with equipment accountability and inventory control.
- Receive, inspect, document, stage, and accept incoming equipment and materials.
- Prepare and coordinate outbound equipment shipments.
- Conduct physical inventories of equipment, components, repair parts, and ASL material.
- Maintain accurate inventory and location information in the program LIS.
- Track shipments and maintain applicable Proof of Delivery documentation.
- Support Government property accountability and inventory reporting.
- Support IUID marking and documentation requirements when applicable.
- Assist with equipment recovery, refresh, staging, packing, and fielding.
- Track incoming materials and coordinate with technical personnel to ensure parts are available to support refresh schedules.
- Maintain organized records for Government equipment and logistics transactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Experience with accountability, inventory management, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to work with computerized logistics and inventory systems.
- Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Government or military logistics experience.
- Experience with Government property accountability.
- Experience with PIEE GFP, IUID, LIS/WMS systems, CostPoint, or similar systems.

Pay
$58,000–$68,000 per year.
