About the Role

The Logistics Specialist I is responsible for improving logistics services domestically and globally, optimizing loads by weight and route, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, minimizing out-of-stocks, maximizing load factors, and reducing freight and storage costs. This role works with all domestic and global customers, facilities, and partners to ensure raw materials and finished products are transported safely, efficiently, and in compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support all customer segments, including external and internal customers, by addressing requests and complaints to meet satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in products, services, or processes, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility.
• Utilize the MyDevelopment system to facilitate regular feedback sessions, overall performance ratings, and 360-degree feedback programs.
• Support cost-saving projects that reduce expenses without compromising quality.
• Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all company disciplines and create systems to automatically extract and display data in dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in process design, implementation, and improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Strong customer service aptitude and ability to work with field-level to executive management.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, and/or transportation.
• 1 year of global supply chain experience.
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG).

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $26.40 – $39.60. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position.
