• Find and book quality freight that aligns with company goals
• Negotiate rates and contracts like a sharp shooter, securing the best possible deals
• Work closely with load planners and driver managers to support smooth operations
• Utilize Optimal Dynamics software and other industry tools to make data-driven decisions
• Keep up with fast-changing freight markets and adjust strategies accordingly
• Solve problems quickly when things don’t go as planned—because in trucking, they won’t

• Are trusted by the load planning team and take initiative to solve problems
• Book profitable loads consistently, even in tough market conditions
• Handle pressure without breaking down—holidays and busy weeks don’t scare you
• Seek feedback constantly and are already taking on bigger responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field)
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast changing environments
