Logistics Specialist

About the role

Coordinate Import Processing: Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean or air import procedures. Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services. Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties. Accounting: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties. Data Entry: Input service information into the internal system. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
