Responsibilities
- Preparing goods for shipping, packing, issuing invoices and shipping documents
- Completing orders based on technical documentation (car upgrades and retrofits)
- Handling returns from customers and RMAs testing
- Stock monitoring and requesting restocking of goods when required
- Cooperation with a courier company
- Accepting deliveries, verifying quality and quantity
- Close cooperation with other logistics team members and other departments of the company, located worldwide
Requirements
- Experience in working in a similar position will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Very good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong work ethics and ability to work with limited supervision
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about our products
