We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (list duties), Requirements (maybe education and clearance?), Qualifications (maybe same as requirements?), Skills (preferred skills), Benefits (none), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We should only include sections with real content.
We have overview: The first paragraph about pending contract etc. Also description of LS role. Could be About the role.
Responsibilities: The long list of duties.
Requirements: Education requirements and clearance (Top Secret). Could be "Required Qualifications And Experience" and "Licensing And Clearance Requirements". Might combine into Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? But we can treat "Required Qualifications And Experience" as Qualifications. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put education and clearance under Requirements, and preferred skills under Skills. Qualifications maybe not needed if we already have Requirements. But we could put education under Qualifications and clearance under Requirements? Might be redundant. Better to follow typical: Requirements = education/clearance, Qualifications = maybe not needed. But we can include Qualifications if we have distinct content: maybe "Required Qualifications And Experience" is qualifications. Then Requirements could be something else? The posting doesn't have separate "Requirements" besides education and clearance. So we could put education/clearance under Qualifications, and maybe not have Requirements. But we need to decide.
Given the headings list, we can include: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also Requirements if we have something like "Ability to obtain and/or maintain an active Top Secret Clearance." That could be a requirement. But we can treat that as part of Qualifications.
Better: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (education + clearance), Skills (preferred skills). No Benefits/Pay/Schedule.
We must not include empty sections.

Make sure to not include boilerplate like "Other duties as assigned" maybe we keep as part of responsibilities list.
Also deliverables list maybe part of responsibilities? Could be included as separate bullet under responsibilities.
We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include deliverables as part of responsibilities list.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Check for any repeated lines: We should avoid duplication. The posting includes "Other duties as assigned" twice; we can include once.
Now produce.
Let's craft.
