Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and analyze markets to pursue high-value logistics opportunities, driving revenue growth.
- Use targeted outreach to acquire new customers while managing existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship building.
- Ensure expansion within customer portfolios by executing account plans to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with timely updates.
- Represent the company’s brand, culture and core values in all communication.
- Stay adaptable to changing business needs and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Lead executive-level customer engagements, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding customer service and selling skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
