Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and analyze markets to pursue high-value logistics opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • Use targeted outreach to acquire new customers while managing existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship building.
  • Ensure expansion within customer portfolios by executing account plans to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with timely updates.
  • Represent the company’s brand, culture and core values in all communication.
  • Stay adaptable to changing business needs and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead executive-level customer engagements, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and selling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Live in the Northeast but open to other locations as well.
