Logistics Scheduler

Location: Forest City, IA (100% onsite)

About the role

As a Logistics Scheduler, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting international order management, demand planning, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany orders, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions.
• Investigate order status, resolve shipment discrepancies, and back-order situations efficiently.
• Oversee reporting processes for demand planning, order management, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Follow established procedures within supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and inventory control.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and order management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently within defined work priorities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Knowledge of international shipping and import/export procedures is a plus.
