Responsibilities
- Developing and coordinating process improvements with logistics providers and production teams.
- Designing layout plans, manpower planning, and packaging strategies.
- Leading complex projects with budgets over $250,000, developing SAPs, and presenting to leadership.
- Supporting business strategy development and resolving production issues.
Qualifications
Engineering-related degree or relevant experience; minimum of 5 years in an engineering role. Skills in problem‑solving, communication, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Understanding of warehouse functions and manufacturing support is essential. Involves decision‑making in process evaluation, cost analysis, and tackling complex production challenges.
