Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Direct Support of Client Success Representatives
- Quote, Book, Dispatch, Track and manage shipments utilizing FREIGHTCompass technology
- Ensure shipments are picked-up and delivered as expected, communicate effectively when issues arise
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
- Work with other FREIGHTCompass departments to meet customer expectations
- Perform other duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to fully advocate for client needs while maintaining positive relationships with other FREIGHTCompass departments
- Ability to work with a team, while also delivering independent results
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Analytical ability in problem solving and commitment to excellence in customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively in a high stress environment
- Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office
- Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual
- Excellent oral and written communication/business writing skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Pay
A pay range of $37,250-40,560/yr.
Schedule
Hourly, entry-level position.
