Logistics Operations Support Specialist

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Direct Support of Client Success Representatives
  • Quote, Book, Dispatch, Track and manage shipments utilizing FREIGHTCompass technology
  • Ensure shipments are picked-up and delivered as expected, communicate effectively when issues arise
  • Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
  • Work with other FREIGHTCompass departments to meet customer expectations
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to fully advocate for client needs while maintaining positive relationships with other FREIGHTCompass departments
  • Ability to work with a team, while also delivering independent results
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Analytical ability in problem solving and commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively in a high stress environment
  • Excellent systems knowledge: MS Office
  • Driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual
  • Excellent oral and written communication/business writing skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Pay

A pay range of $37,250-40,560/yr.

Schedule

Hourly, entry-level position.
