Responsibilities
- Plan and follow up on inbound and outbound freight shipments with the Global Logistics Team, including monitoring incoming deliveries and updating expected arrival dates for inbound goods.
- Monitor project calendars, proactively manage deadlines, anticipate upcoming deliverables, and take action to keep product flows on track.
- Monitor stock levels daily, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate data in the company’s inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Communicate daily with 3PL partners, managing shipping documents, packing lists, BOL, proof of delivery, and ensuring adherence to retail shipping standards.
- Understand customization within the fashion industry, including DST and quality control.
- Prepare and process shipment documentation, including pick tickets, bulk quantities, posting and invoicing documents, and EDI-related activities such as PO splits and UPC creation.
- Investigate lost or delayed shipments, address product damage and defectives, and implement strategic solutions in collaboration with the US Sales Management team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workload forecasting with 3PL.
- Work closely with the wholesale sales coordinator and sales manager on upcoming projects and order management improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 2-4 years of logistics experience within the fashion industry. Golf industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in ERP/business systems, preferably Business Central; experience with order management, warehouse, or EDI-related systems is a plus.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of multiple time zones and seasonal demand peaks.
- Ability to adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities.
