Responsibilities
- Contract management (Warehouse properties, vendors, customers, and internal agreements)
- Monitor customs compliance and documentation for the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)
- Act as a liaison between the Operations Team and Settlement Team to support the monthly closing process
- Prepare monthly closing data using WMS
- Track customer activity trends and monitor additional billable charges
- Analyze month-over-month expense trends
- Prepare reports on productivity and operational costs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 0-3 years of logistics operations experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean required
Pay
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000 yearly, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
