Position Overview
Alutiiq Information Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, is seeking a Senior Logistics Materials Specialist to support the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in Oahu, Hawaii.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Procurement of material, training, equipment positioning, and all related logistics functions for project efforts.
- Support the development and operation of the FORGE, an Additive Manufacturing Facility located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
- Ensure on-time delivery of support materials (e.g., property, supplies, and equipment).
- Prepare and maintain property, maintenance, and operational records.
- Manage, oversee, and implement all supply, receiving, marking, and warehousing and storage efforts as defined in the prime contract.
- Ensure that all shipments and receipt of equipment and materials for the TO are properly documented, and follow proper customs procedures.
- Maintain strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system.
- Ensure that all goods and services procured in support of Task Orders/Technical Direction Letters are purchased and paid for in accordance with applicable DoD and company regulations.
- Manage personnel in all aspects of material support; excellent communications skills are requisite as facility processes and procedures mature.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must possess a SECRET security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
- Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
- TEN (10) years’ experience in a logistic support position equivalency.
- Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to manage electronic files and an electronic record-keeping system.
- Must understand the premises of ISO 9001 and have the ability to create/support supply management procedures to provide for increasing requirements in a robust project environment.
Pay
$90,000 to $110,000 Annually
