Logistics Material Handler- 3rd Shift

About the role

The Forklift Operator/Material Handler will operate a forklift to stack, relocate, and move goods, supplies, and materials from one place to another. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle (e.g., forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork‑grapple, clamps, elevating platform) and may also be required to perform operator duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack, relocate, and move goods, supplies, and materials.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of forklift and related equipment (boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork‑grapple, clamps, elevating platform).
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials between production lines.
• Pick up and deliver parts and materials from shipping/receiving and the warehouse.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience safely operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid state‑issued license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license (must be maintained).
• Ability to complete forklift training (written and driving test) and obtain a forklift license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
