Logistics Material Flow Engineer
About the role
Design and optimize material flow by implementing end-to-end processes, leveraging LEAN principles to ensure efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure seamless integration across the supply chain. Plan and coordinate complex, cross-functional logistics processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Implement and enhance IT-supported logistics planning tools, considering new and modified planning methods. Develop timelines, resource allocation strategies, and cost calculations to support logistics and supply chain initiatives. Design, model, and implement SAP-compatible system solutions tailored to business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering and 5 years of logistics planning, materials management, or material flow design experience; OR
- 9 years of logistics planning, materials management, or material flow design experience.

Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain structures, material flow systems, and cost analysis.
- Excellent understanding of computer applications and/or controlled systems.
- Excellent level of analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Excellent understanding of modern inventory management principles.

Pay
$84,351 – $137,071 annually. Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.
